Dunkin’ Donuts Crew Member Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly experience.
- Food & Beverage Prep: Make coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and baked goods to brand standards.
- Cash Handling: Operate the register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the store tidy, sanitize workstations, and restock supplies.
- Teamwork: Support fellow crew members and communicate effectively during busy shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
- No formal education required; high school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not necessary.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
