We're building something special here, and we're looking for an experienced barista to help take it to the next level. You'll work on a classic espresso machine in a space where French music plays in the background, fresh croissants come out of the oven each morning, and every detail is about creating a great guest experience. It's not just about the coffee — it's about starting the day right, for our guests and our team.What You'll DoGreet every guest with warmth and energyPrepare espresso, drip coffee, and other café drinks using a classic manual espresso machineCustomize orders with care and speedRecommend pastries and menu items based on guest preferencesKeep your bar clean, stocked, and ready for serviceHelp maintain flow during the morning rushSupport team needs — bussing, light food prep, or café upkeepBring a positive, professional attitude to every shiftPay & Growth PathTraining Rate: $13/hr for your first 4 shifts (no tips during training)Post-Training Rate: Base pay starts at $10-13/hrTip Pool: Average of $7-10/hr added on top of base payTypical Take-Home: Around $17-20/hr (base + tips)Growth Path: Boost your base pay by taking on a leadership role in the morning Coffee House service.
