Abby's Bagels & Coffee Lower Greenville, Dallas is opening a new store and looking for people who love great food, fast-paced work, and taking care of others. We make bagels from scratch, serve coffee all day. We are a neighborhood spot that always feels welcoming.

Cashier

Be the first smile people see when they walk into Abby s and the last impression they leave with.

You will:

• Greet every guest like a regular, take orders accurately, and guide people through bagels, sandwiches, and coffee options.
  
• Run food, keep the lobby clean and stocked, and help keep the line moving during heavy rush.
  
• Practice unreasonable hospitality at the counter: remember names, notice first-timers, and find small ways to make someone s day better than they expected.
  
  
  

You are:

• Comfortable talking to anyone, calm under pressure, and quick with a genuine thank-you.
  
• Tech-friendly with POS systems and open to feedback and coaching.
  
• Proud to represent Abby s in a busy neighborhood setting.
  

We re hiring sandwich artists for both early morning and late-night shifts to keep our bagel sandwiches, loaded items, and late-night menu cranking.

You will:

• Build hot and cold sandwiches to spec, fast and accurate, with excellent portioning and presentation.
  

• Work clean on the line, restock, and help prep ingredients for the next rush.
  

• Practice unreasonable hospitality from the line: remake a sandwich without drama, move tickets around to help teammates, and look for chances to delight late-night guests who didn t expect this level of care at midnight.
  

You are:

• Comfortable on a busy line and enjoy the rhythm of making great food at speed.
  

• Available for either AM open (early mornings) or late-night (evenings to close).
  

• Positive, coachable, and serious about both food quality and guest experience.
  

Own the coffee bar at Abby s and help deliver the kind of service that makes people cross town for their spot.

You will:

• Dial in espresso, steam milk correctly, and build consistent coffee and specialty drinks.
  

• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized so we can move fast without sacrificing quality.
  

• Practice unreasonable hospitality at the bar: learn regulars drinks, suggest pairings, and add thoughtful touches that make each visit feel personal.
  

You are:

• Experienced with espresso or eager to learn quickly with hands-on training.
  

• Detail- and quality-focused, but not precious speed and warmth both matter.
  

• Someone who thrives in high-volume service and enjoys connecting with guests.
