As a Barista at Lillian's, you will be at the heart of our café, creating quality coffee and tea beverages, delivering exceptional service, and helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will include crafting drinks, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to guests with accuracy and care.
- Provide friendly, attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
- Assist with restocking ingredients and maintaining inventory in the coffee bar area.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day.
- Educate customers on our menu items, including seasonal offerings and local products.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required; a love for coffee and a willingness to learn are most important.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
