Baristas | The Copperfield – Chaska, MN
The Copperfield is hiring Baristas for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. In addition to our restaurant and bar, guests will be able to enjoy coffee drinks and grab-and-go offerings throughout the day. We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members who love hospitality, enjoy connecting with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Barista at The Copperfield, you’ll help create a welcoming experience while preparing coffee beverages, assisting guests, and keeping our coffee and grab-and-go area running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverage orders efficiently and consistently
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Assist guests with grab-and-go food and beverage selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and deli counter areas
• Restock products and help keep displays fresh and appealing
• Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions accurately
• Support the front-of-house team as needed during busy shifts
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Previous barista or coffee shop experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in coffee, hospitality, and guest service
• Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays preferred
