Job Details

This job is for Irene's Bagels located at 1942 W. Montrose Ave. Chicago, IL 60613.

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages
• Provide warm, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and barista station
• Manage and track inventory (coffee, retail items, milk, supplies)
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily prep
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of barista or café experience
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working mornings and busy weekend shifts
• Ability to stay organized and proactive during rushes
• Experience with inventory management or willingness to learn

Morning and Weekend availability required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($12.62 - $13.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $400.00
