This role focuses entirely on delivering exceptional coffee service and warm hospitality. As a Barista at The Foyer, you will craft quality coffee and espresso beverages, support daily café operations, and help create a welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, service-forward environment and takes pride in consistency, presentation, and guest engagement.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace in accordance with all health and safety standards.
- Provide warm, attentive service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with POS transactions, restocking, and maintaining product displays.
- Support team members and contribute to smooth daily operations.
- Uphold an environment of hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused outlook.
