Role Description

\n

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include operating coffee-making equipment, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers. The role may also involve assisting with food preparation and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, including operation of coffee equipment and preparation of high-quality beverages

• Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive experience and resolve customer inquiries
• \n
• Interpersonal skills for creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers and teammates
• \n
• Basic Food Preparation skills to assist with the preparation of simple menu items
• \n
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• \n
• Knowledge of coffee blends and brewing methods is a plus
• \n
• Prior experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is preferred
