What will your compensation be?:
Barista pay - $14/hour + Tips
Dining Room Attendant pay - $10.85/hour + Tips

What will you do in this job?:
- Serve coffee/espresso drinks to guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Keep service area neat and clean throughout shift
- Maintain effective portion controls in the espresso using established pouring methods
- May assist with dining room attendant duties, banquets, and events including bussing, food running, assisting with set up and break down of event spaces
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1-2 years experience in coffee shop/barista experience preferred
- Hospitality POS systems experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Be organized with a great eye for detail
