Position Summary
As a Barista (Café Associate), you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
While the main focus is on café operations such as beverage and food preparation, you will also have opportunities to introduce our cosmetic and spa products through natural conversation.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, loves learning new things, and wants to grow in a creative, lifestyle-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service with a positive attitude
Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, handle payments, and ensure smooth transactions
Prepare beverages such as coffee and espresso drinks, fresh juices, matcha jelly drinks, and desserts while following proper hygiene and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness in all café areas (tables, counters, floors, and restrooms)
Naturally introduce and promote cosmetics and spa services while interacting with guests
Support team operations, assist in training new members, and communicate effectively with the manager
Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old

Previous café or retail experience preferred, but not required
