What You’ll Do as a Talented Barista
- Prepare and serve stunning, Instagram-worthy seasonal drinks quickly and accurately
- Handle multiple orders with chill but fast energy during busy rushes
- Engage with customers by remembering their names and favorite drinks
- Create positive connections and brighten customers’ days with your enthusiasm
- Work collaboratively with your team, communicating and supporting each other
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and love for talking to people
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Coachability and willingness to learn and improve
- Reliable transportation and ability to stand for 6–8 hours
- Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
