**Job Title: Barista**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, where coffee is not just a beverage, but an experience. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following specified recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep the café area clean, organized, and well-stocked, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and notify the manager of stock shortages or equipment maintenance needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service and café operations.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings,weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
