• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Take customer orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to specifications.
• Prepare basic food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
• Operate cash registers and credit card payment machines accurately.
• Answer customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare and serve orders quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations.

We are looking for Baristas that can support Starbucks/DCC cafes on our college campus. Fast paced, familiar with lattes, coffee specialty drinks, machines, cold teas and refreshers. Will be asked to make simple sandwiches, breakfast pastry, etc. Positive customer service and interaction. High visibility to students.
