The ideal candidate multi-tasks with ease during busy rushes, follows beverage and food recipes exactly, and takes constructive feedback well to continuously improve their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drink Preparation: Craft espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to standard.
- Food Prep & Baking: Prepare light food items, sandwiches, and assist with basic baking tasks.
- Customer Care: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and operate the register.
- Cafe Maintenance: Restock paper goods, wipe tables, and clean espresso machinery.
- Speed & Accuracy: Maintain efficiency and a positive attitude during high-volume rushes.
