DESCRIPTION
We're looking for enthusiastic baristas to join our growing teams at The Human Bean! We have 12 locations throughout the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Star, Nampa, and Caldwell.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provideexcellent customer service
Prepare and serve beverages to customers, in accordance with customer requests
Follow proper payment handling procedures
Keep location inviting and clean
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
16 Years of age
Food and Beverage experience
Adhere to Human Bean Coffee NDA policy
Strong verbal and customer service skills
Flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business
Developed critical thinking to make equitable decisions
Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
Ability to recognize, understand, manage, and reason with emotions
Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, standing, and motion of the wrists and hands for 6-7 hours per day
Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly
Fun, outgoing personality with excellent work ethic and a positive attitude

With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Boise Idaho in 2011. We have since opened 11 locations across Boise, Meridian, Garden City, Nampa, Star, and Caldwell. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.
