Our Spring Street location is looking for passionate, skilled Baristas to run our street-facing coffee window, serving espresso, cold brew, and specialty drinks using a state-of-the-art La Marzocco KB90, Mahlkönig Grind-by-Sync grinder, and Oslo Coffee beans from the West Village.
Location: SoHo, NYC. 195 Spring Street, New York, NY 10012.
Pay: $20–$25/hour plus tips (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Your Role:
We are looking for passionate Baristas to run our vibrant Spring Street coffee window, serving espresso drinks, cold brew, and specialty beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew.
- Engage customers warmly, take orders quickly, and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain and clean coffee equipment daily.
- Manage inventory for coffee supplies.
- Upsell gelato and other store offerings when possible.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience required.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and deliver drinks efficiently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
