What Does a Barista Do?

• Work as a TEAM to deliver AMAZING, legendary, and personalized Customer Service
• Greet customers with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm to create an AMAZING experience
• Provide enthusiastic menu recommendations and cater to customer needs with a smile
• Create amazing drinks by following recipes and aesthetic guidelines
• Enter orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Restock products and communicate inventory needs
• Keep the work environment safe, healthy, and clean

• Good people skills to be able to communicate with customers and co-workers

You are applying to work with a 19 plus-year franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. We are independently owned and local with 6 stores in Southwest and Northwest Omaha.
