BARISTA

As a Barista, you'll be the heart of our establishment, crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to obtain Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Position is located in a casino environment and may include exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate noise levels.
• Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
