Job Description:
Twinflower Cafe, located inside the Longfellow Hotel in Portland, ME, is seeking a warm, energetic barista who is passionate about hospitality and high-quality coffee and matcha. We offer nourishing, whole-food breakfast and lunch options from 7 AM to 2 PM, and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, thoughtful experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to craft excellent beverages while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Twinflower and Longfellow standards
- Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients
- Provide exceptional guest service and anticipate needs
- Assist with set-up, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
- Bus and clean tables as needed
Requirements:
- Passion for quality coffee and matcha
- Friendly & welcoming demeanor
- Barista experience preferred
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
- High school education or equivalent
