About the Role:
Join Erie Island Coffee as a Barista in beautiful Rocky River, OH! We are looking for passionate coffee enthusiasts who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable experiences for our customers.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and pastries.
• Handle drive thru customer service with warmth and friendliness
• Prepare simple and quick bagel and other sandwiches and salads
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and workstations.
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
• A reliable way to get to work.
