Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks to company standards
• Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Deliver genuine, high-quality customer service—no scripts, just real hospitality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Work with urgency and focus during high-volume shifts
• Support your team and contribute to a strong, positive work environment
• Uphold product quality and brand standards at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must meet all legal requirements to serve and handle alcoholic beverages in the State of Texas 

*Texas state law requires applicants to be 18 years or older due to serving alcohol*


Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
