Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards
  
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and serve beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the caf area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, and general tidiness to meet food safety standards
  
• Manage cash handling duties by processing cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at the end of shifts
  
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
  

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with beverage service
  
• Flexible schedule
  
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
  
• Strong retail math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
  
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties regularly
  
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales calculations
  
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
  
• Previous caf or coffee industry experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
