Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders

Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones

Preparing and serving food items such as bagels and sandwhices.

Answering customers’ questions about menu choices

Promoting and recommending menu options to customers

 Punching in orders and taking payment from customers

Maintaining inventory and keeping equipment clean and in proper working order. 

Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized

Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service  

Working to attract new customers.

You will need a desire to grow and to learn the Biggby systems that provide exceptional products and services for our customers. An appreciation for the value of each customer that stops by our store is mandatory. Several positions/roles available.
