Barista Server

The Barista Server plays a key role in providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages in a single-location coffee environment. As part of the front-line staff, this position requires skilled use of standard coffee and espresso machines, along with effective teamwork to maintain smooth café operations. The role focuses on engaging with customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere without any travel or off-site work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages with quality and consistency
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to build positive client relationships
