Barista / Server — Front of House

Cultura is hiring front of house team members for both daytime and evening shifts. Our caf operates as counter service during the day and full table service in the evening, so this role combines barista, server, and host responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based beverages including cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and cortados
  
• Prepare smoothies and other non-alcoholic beverages
  
• Take and enter customer orders at the counter (daytime)
  
• Provide full table service including greeting, seating, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages (evening)
  
• Run food, clear tables, and reset between guests
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, counter, and beverage station throughout service
  
• Process payments accurately
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a caf , restaurant, or bar
  
• Prior barista experience preferred; willingness to train the right candidate
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  
• Food handler certification preferred
