Highwire Coffee Roasters is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to learn the art of coffee with us. Coffee experience is a bonus, but not required. We will train you to become an amazing Barista and help create a special experience for our guests—no coffee experience required!
What You'll Do:
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Welcome and connect with our guests in an authentic and meaningful way, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, even during peak hours.
- Uphold Highwire's standards for operational excellence and hospitality.
- Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of coffee and our unique Highwire approach.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Who You Are:

- Previous barista experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is essential
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage of $18.67/hr plus tips (Average total starting earnings: $26–$30/hour)
