Dunkin Donuts is seeking winning personalities to work at our restaurant located inside TF Green Airport!As a barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions
  • Calculate the cost of products or services
  • Accept payments
  • Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
  • Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request any additional change needed
  • Answer guest questions about products or services
  • Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
  • Report issues with equipment
  • Work as a team to meet store sales goals
  • Handle guest complains
  • Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
  • Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise
  • Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
  • Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
  • Oriented toward serving others and helping guests
  • Exceptional Hospitality skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
