Technical Requirements
  1. Espresso Machine Operation: Proficient in using manual and automatic espresso machines to prepare a variety of coffee beverages.
  2. Latte Art Skills: Ability to create basic latte art or a willingness to learn.
  3. Grinder Calibration: Experience adjusting grinders to ensure optimal coffee extraction.
  4. POS System Use: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for processing orders and payments.
  5. Inventory Management: Ability to track and restock coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
  6. Cleaning and Maintenance: Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures for coffee equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
  7. Food Safety Certification: (If applicable) A current food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
