Technical Requirements - Espresso Machine Operation: Proficient in using manual and automatic espresso machines to prepare a variety of coffee beverages.
- Latte Art Skills: Ability to create basic latte art or a willingness to learn.
- Grinder Calibration: Experience adjusting grinders to ensure optimal coffee extraction.
- POS System Use: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for processing orders and payments.
- Inventory Management: Ability to track and restock coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures for coffee equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Food Safety Certification: (If applicable) A current food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Skills - Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
