Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques.
Valid bartending license or certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
