Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Bartenders for available positions. We are looking for friendly, professional, and dependable individuals who can provide excellent guest service while preparing beverages efficiently and accurately.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area
- Check identification and follow applicable age-verification requirements
- Operate POS and cash-handling systems as required
- Monitor inventory and restock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
- Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow applicable alcohol-service and identification requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift beverage supplies as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
