Location: Hotel Colee Sister Restaurant, Lobby Bar & Pool Operations
Sister Restaurant at Hotel Colee is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team. This position may work in the restaurant, lobby bar, or pool operations, delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences while creating memorable guest interactions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
Work collaboratively with the service, culinary, and management teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar preferred.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Availability Requirements:
Full availability Wednesday through Sunday is required.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is mandatory.
Flexibility to work in the restaurant, lobby bar, or pool operations based on business needs.
