Specific Responsibilities • Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome. • Creating a comfortable, relaxing, and fun atmosphere which will encourage repeat business. • Maintaining positive guest relations and display spotlight" behaviors. • Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes. • Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses. • Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI. • Maintaining stock supplies and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures. • Taking food orders from the guests at the bar and the dining area and serve per the course of order. • Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Work Requirements Weekdays & weekends are required. Standard hours can vary between 200pm and 1200am.
