Bartender - Bar

Job Summary:The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality and Dining, is seeking an observant and efficient Bartender who can work with other members of our team to ensures quality and prompt customer service. The Bartender assists in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with all necessities. The Bartender should be knowledgeable about menu items and focused on providing excellent service to our guests.Essential Functions

Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guestsAssess bar guest preferences and make recommendationsPrepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guestsInteract with guests, take orders, and serve drinks Restock and replenish bar inventoryComply with all food and beverage and alcohol regulationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled, and draft beerProcess guest bills or payments and balance cash receiptsCommunicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfactionEnforce rules and regulations

Education and Experience:

High school diploma and or equivalentBilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required
