Join Our Team at Birdie's! Located right next to the Lost Pines Golf Club Pro Shop, Birdie's is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Bartender to join our team! If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy crafting unique drinks while delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Create and serve a variety of beverages, offering personalized recommendations to our guests.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology and use state-of-the-art bar equipment.

• Maintain a clean and attractive bar area, ensuring all sanitation standards are met.

• Engage in casual conversations with guests, making their experience memorable.

• Showcase your creativity and personal style in every drink you make.

• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all alcohol service regulations.

• Support other Food & Beverage operations as business needs require.

Additional Information:

• Cross-training opportunities across multiple golf and resort food and beverage venues may be required to support operational needs.

• The selected candidate may be scheduled to work shifts at Tiny's, our food and beverage outlet located on the golf course or as a Beverage Cart Attendant, providing beverage service to guests throughout the golf course while maintaining outstanding guest service standards.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years Bartending experience
• Prior experience at a Golf club is a plus
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• TABC and Food Handler certification is required.
• Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions including hot and humid.
