Bartender

La Strada Italian Kitchen & Bar is seeking an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, a creative approach to developing signature cocktails, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic, craft, and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
• Create and suggest unique cocktails that complement our menu and wine program.
• Provide knowledgeable and welcoming service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service and restaurant standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
• Creative and enthusiastic about developing signature drinks.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• TIPS Certification.
