La Petite Maison Boston is looking for Bartenders who can bring craft, personality, and precision to the bar.

Youll be responsible for delivering LPMs beverage program with confidence - from classic techniques to guest-facing storytelling about our cocktails and spirits. This is a bar that guests will remember.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Prepare and serve beverages to LPMs standards, engaging guests along the way

• Maintain an organized, clean bar throughout service

• Recommend signature cocktails and explain the LPM concept to new guests

• Handle POS and cash operations accurately

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 4 years in F&B (bar, sommelier, or food service background)

• At least 2 years in a high-end restaurant and 2 years in a high-volume cocktail bar

• Strong mixology knowledge and genuine passion for the craft

• Excellent English, strong stress management, and a team-first mindset
