Bartender Casino Floor (Part Time)

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled and dedicated Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction with our diverse beverage offerings. Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks for guests and cocktail servers, maintaining a clean work area, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor.
• Provide timely service to gaming guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Stay updated on drink recipes and garnishes, delivering top-quality beverages.
• Process transactions and payments in an efficient manner.
• Utilize knowledge of garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks.
• Foster effective communication between shifts for smooth operations.
• Perform bar back duties with diligence and attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of related procedures.
• Display excellent interpersonal communication skills, treating all guests with respect and professionalism.
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Familiarity with the Cut-Off Procedure and adherence to related documentation protocols.
• Effective communication skills with team members and guests.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing for the role.

 Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the Non-Gaming level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

 Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and working on the Casino floor
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
