Amaro's Table is thrilled to be expanding to Castle Rock this fall (2024), and we’re looking for skilled and passionate bartenders to join our team. If you have a love for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine at one of the area's most exciting new dining destinations.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Passion for Craft Cocktails and Spirits: As a bartender at Amaro’s Table, you’ll be working with our award-winning bar program, creating both classic cocktails and inventive, modern drinks. A deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and consistency are key when it comes to crafting our cocktails. We’re looking for bartenders who can maintain high standards of quality and presentation, even during busy periods.
  • Hospitality-Driven Mindset: Our bartenders do more than just mix drinks – they engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create memorable experiences. A genuine passion for taking care of people is a must.
  • Team Player: You’ll be working closely with the rest of the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience. Collaboration and clear communication are essential.
  • Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: Our restaurant can get busy, so you’ll need to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
Responsibilities:


  • Crafting and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Engaging with guests to provide drink recommendations and ensure a great bar experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assisting with bar prep work, including garnishes, syrups, and ingredient preparation
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  • Staying knowledgeable about menu items and specials to provide informed recommendations
  • Upholding Amaro’s Table’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service
Requirements:


  • 2+ Years of Bartending Experience: Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment is essential.
  • Strong Knowledge of Spirits, Cocktails, and Wine: A deep understanding of craft bartending and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate effectively with guests and team members to create a seamless experience. We look for bartenders who seek feedback and genuinely want to learn and grow. 
  • Friendly and Engaging Personality: We’re looking for bartenders who can connect with guests and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You should be able to handle a busy bar with efficiency and grace.
  • Flexible Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
