Bartender:
Here's what you'll do:
- Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them
- Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS
- Ensure great guest experience by following the company's 10 steps of service
- Assist in answeing phones
- Build drinks and prep items to Cien's recipe standards
- Communicate regularly with your guests and anticipate their needs
- Regularly refill drinks, clear plates, and going above and beyond guest expectations
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
- Sanatize bar and equipment
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
