The Copperfield is hiring Bartenders for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment and know how to create a fun, memorable guest experience.
Whether you’re a seasoned bartender or someone with strong hospitality experience looking to grow behind the bar, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for bar and dining room guests
• Provide exceptional guest service and build connections with regulars and new guests alike
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food, cocktail, beer, and wine menus
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready throughout shifts
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume bar environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and spirits is a plus
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
