Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient service bar. The position requires a willingness to learn our in-house beer selection, the brewing process, and prior experience dispensing beer, mixing cocktails, and serving non-alcoholic drinks, all while following Company recipes and service policies. Effective communication and prior experience with restaurant Point-of-Sale systems and software is required.

​Essential Functions

• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Fulfills liquor, wine, draft beer, or bottled beer orders made by Restaurant Servers through POS.
• Assists Servers in bar knowledge when needed (proper glassware, correct garnish, etc.).
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action when necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as silverware and glassware.
• Serve food to customers when bartender needs assistance.
• Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks.
• Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, and replace empty beer kegs.
