Responsibilities:

  • Mix and dispense beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures. Take drink orders from servers and process drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned. Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
  • Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Companys internal controls, policies & procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas and storage areas.
  • Maintain stock on all beverage and bar service items and replenish as required.
  • Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks.
  • Must be knowledgeable about beers, liquors and beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
  • Must follow the Purpose and Values model at all times.
  • Other related duties as assigned by management.

Target Salary Range:

  • $12.00 per hour
