A country club in Cincinnati, OH is looking for Bartenders for an upcoming special event. Must have prior experience and be available for evenings and weekends.
Pay $17-$19, Based on experience.
Must be available to work between Thursday May 14th-Sunday May 17th and attend an orientation on Friday May 8th.Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting responsible drinking and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure seamless service during busy hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams during catering or banquet events to deliver exceptional service in diverse settings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or banquet environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
