Bartenders provide friendly, courteous, and family-style service to all guests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall guest and gaming experience.

Bartenders must efficiently serve patrons in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Each bartender plays a key role in ensuring guests have a remarkable and memorable experience.

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
  • Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
  • Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
  • Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members as well as demonstrate resiliency to manage difficult situations in all types of business conditions
  • Responsible for taking beverage orders from guests, and servers, prepare drinks correctly, and return these orders in a timely manner
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and Team Members
  • Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly
  • Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
  • Backups up restaurant servers and help seat guests and take food orders if necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
