What You’ll Do

As a Bartender/Cook, you will:

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to hotel brand mixology standards
• Prepare and serve a light food menu to hotel brand standards
• Deliver friendly, attentive service at the bar and to restaurant guests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at the bar
• Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service policies
• Accurately process guest orders and payments through POS system

What You Bring

• 1+ year of bartending experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bartender certification or alcohol service training (as required by state/local law)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
