Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various hospitality settings, including fine dining, nightclubs, and restaurants. Duties

• Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry
• Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash
• Familiarity with retail math for pricing drinks and calculating bills
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
• Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus

One year bartending experience is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.
