Position Title: Bartender Location: Cutler Bay, FL 33189 Duration: TBD (On-Call) Work Schedule: 20-40hrs.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
The center is seeking enthusiastic food and beverage staff who can provide excellent customer service in a friendly and creative environment. Responsibilities may include bartending or server in a cabaret nightclub, bartender, or server for live theatrical events and bar-back in support of the operations of all points of sale. Successful candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced service environment, working well under pressure.
Illustrative Tasks:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Interact with customers, and provide table food and beverage service
Prepare cocktails
Operating and balancing point of sale systems
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Provide an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements
Minimum 1-year food and beverage experience
Great Customer Service experience
Knowledge of service best practices
Computer literacy
Excellent verbal skills: second language will be considered a plus
Neat appearance and positive attitude
Relevant training certificate a plus
