Position Overview:
As a Bartender at Vela Park Food Works, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience—crafting quality beverages, engaging with guests, and helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
This is an opportunity to be part of an opening team and help set the tone, standards, and culture from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Provide fast, friendly, and engaging service at all times.
- Maintain deep knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail recipes.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other bartenders, barbacks, and management.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Contribute to a high-energy, team-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Team-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Must be 21+ with valid ID.
- Georgia alcohol service compliance (or ability to obtain).
