Bartender

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our team.  THRW Social and Kick Axe is one of the most exciting things to hit the country and we want you to be part of our team!  We offer a one-of-a-kind concept with an amazing food and beverage selection, cabana service, and live entertainment in a spacious layout that is beautifully decorated.

You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by curating a one-of-a-kind experience by serving all customers at the bar, creating drinks for the service well, taking to-go orders, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities: 

• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
• Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
• Keep an accurate spill through the shift.
• Collect customer payments and provide a change in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a bartender
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently
