    Join our team at Holiday Inn Lakefront- Detroit Lakes, MN as a Bartender, where you will craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a memorable experience for every patron.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and guest preferences.
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
    • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
    • Check identification to verify legal drinking age of guests.
    • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to provide seamless service.

    The Requirements

    • Previous experience as a bartender or in a related hospitality role preferred.
    • Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bartending.
    • Must be at least the minimum legal drinking age and adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service.
